Can I get paid to care for my family member in Wisconsin?

Yes. If your loved one qualifies for Wisconsin Medicaid or IRIS, you may be eligible to become their paid Personal Care Worker through Avida Personal Care. We handle the paperwork, training, and payroll so you can focus on caregiving.

Do I need experience or a certification to become a PCW?

No prior experience is required. Avida provides free training and orientation. You must be at least 18 years old, pass a background check, and complete our onboarding program.
