Avida serves Medicaid-eligible individuals and their families across Milwaukee and Wisconsin. You may qualify for paid Structured Family Caregiving if your loved one meets these criteria:
- 18 years or older
- Eligible for Wisconsin Medicaid / Forward Health
- Living independently or with you in Milwaukee or Wisconsin
- Wisconsin resident
